Exciting New Home Renovation in Mahtomedi Near White Bear Lake!

I’m thrilled to share my newest venture in Mahtomedi, Minnesota — a charming 1920s cottage home just a few blocks from White Bear Lake! This beautiful old house has incredible potential, and I couldn’t resist taking on another home renovation project.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve flipped and restored four homes throughout Minnesota, and it seems I just can’t get it out of my system. There’s something so rewarding about breathing new life into historic homes that have been a bit neglected. This one has that perfect mix of vintage character and renovation potential that I love.

The stonework on the porch and fireplace immediately caught my eye, and the endless windows bring in so much natural light. I even have to admit — I’m kind of loving the original vintage wallpaper too!

This Mahtomedi cottage has so much charm and history, and I can’t wait to begin the transformation. My renovation plans include a complete kitchen remodel, plus adding a new bedroom and bathroom this year.
